Guides Analytics is a Power BI dashboard and underlying data pipeline to help managers gain insights into how operators use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides on HoloLens. For example, how long do operators spend on each step of a guide? Are there any steps that need editing to improve efficiency?

As a Senior Designer and Data Scientist on the team, I led the end-to-end design and deployment of this feature:

• User research: Identified core analytical tasks and limitations of existing tools.

• Data design: Designed data tables and telemetry events following Microsoft's data privacy guidelines.

• Interface + visualization design: Designed and iteratively prototyped the Power BI dashboard.

• Implementation: Built the final Power BI template used in the public release.

• Writing: Wrote all customer-facing documentation for this feature.
