Microsoft Dynamics 365 Guides for HoloLens is a mixed reality application enabling users to create step-by-step holographic instructions. Guides enables authors to create work instructions with a desktop application, operators to use these instructions on the job in HoloLens, and managers to gain valuable insights through Guides Analytics. As a Senior Designer and Data Scientist, my contributions included:

• Feature design: Designed data-intensive features such as Guides Analytics.

• Business intelligence: Designed telemetry and conducted data analysis to inform business decisions.

• Prototyping: Worked with cross-disciplinary teams to envision future features particularly involving AI.

• Product Owner: Defined features,  pitched to leadership, and ran the daily operations of the Agile scrum working on data features.
