I am a CIHR and MSFHR Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the BC Cancer Agency’s Genome Sciences Centre in Vancouver, Canada. I completed my PhD in computational biology at MIT where my research focused on understanding mammalian post-transcriptional gene regulation. Building on my background in biology and computation, I currently develop novel data analysis techniques that exploit synergies between human visual reasoning and machine computation, and apply these techniques to answer pressing questions in genomics.
